Services Description

Evolve Already Pte. Ltd. provides mindset training courses and consulting services aimed at helping individuals change their behavior and achieve personal and professional growth.

1. Eligibility

There are no specific eligibility criteria or age restrictions to participate in our services. However, individuals under the age of 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before using our services.

2. Pricing and Payment

The price for access to our online training courses is set at $99 per month. Personal 1-on-1 coaching sessions are priced at $199 per call, or $499 per month for weekly calls. All prices are in USD. Payment for the Services must be made in full before access is granted. Prices may change in the future at our discretion, and you will always be informed before this happens. 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

We do not offer refunds on purchases of our membership. However, there are also no contracts, so you can cancel at any time, for any reason, at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle. 

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not engage in spamming practices, and we do not sell or disclose your personal data, including passwords, to third parties.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, and resources provided through our services are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission from Evolve Already Pte. Ltd. 

5. Disclaimer of Guarantee

Evolve Already Pte. Ltd. does not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding the specific results that may be achieved through the use of our Services. Individual outcomes may vary based on personal circumstances, commitment, and efforts. 

6. Limitation of Liability

Evolve Already Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evolve Already Pte. Ltd. operates
